Job Description: Client Services
- Assist advisory team in the
day-to-day servicing of our clients and their accounts
- Follow-up with advisors and
clients to complete account needs
- Create new procedures and
templates to improve client services and operational efficiencies
- Provide ongoing training and
support for new employees and interns as needed
Description of Job Goals and Projects: Client Services / Intern
- Open, transfer, and perform
maintenance for client accounts at various custodians
- Prepare investment account
reports
- Research and update
beneficiaries for client accounts (obtain information from various sources on
original account applications or contact custodian)
- Update client information
(current employment information, enter family members into client contact
software. Obtain information in Worldox on original account applications or
contact client)
- Update existing custodial
templates for application changes, create templates for new or existing
custodians
- Prepare IRA distributions
for year-end
- Oversee and request ongoing
CRT quarterly distributions
