Presentation will cover tax issues commonly faced by founders, early employees and executives of early stage companies. The presentation will cover: *Taxation of equity compensation (incentive stock options and nonqualified stock options) along with a few strategies to minimize tax liability; *Recent changes to Qualified Small Business Stock rules and planning that can be done now to maximize gain exclusion;  *Advising clients about moving out of California before large income events; and *A few key considerations in structuring acquisitions
