On Thursday, July 17th, about 20 FPA San Francisco professionals descended upon Blanc et Rouge (not to be confused with Rouge et Blanc) for the latest installment of FPA SF’s “Thirsty Thursdays.”  This monthly event provides an excellent opportunity for FPA professionals to catch-up with old friends, meet new friends, and network in a casual and comfortable setting.

The location also gave FPA members an excellent opportunity to refine their wine knowledge as Blanc et Rouge carries an extensive local and international wine selection from California, France, Spain and Italy.  A basic understanding of wines can come in handy when working with clients, so we can also chalk this up as a career development session.

It was also great to see Cliff Goldstein from Nerd Wallet as well as Kristin Harad in attendance which allowed for a nice follow-up discussion to the July Chapter meeting presentations.  All-in-all, it was a well-attended event and a fun evening.
