Submit your nominations of an FPA SF member for the Heart of Financial Planning Award. The nomination window closes 11/30/14……..

As we all know, our financial planning community is full of people doing extraordinary work that has a positive impact on society. Once a year, the FPA’s San Francisco chapter chooses to recognize an individual who is making a difference. The FPA Heart of Financial Planning Award is an esteemed acknowledgement of an individual or organization, who has used the FPA’s Core Values of integrity, competence, dedication to relationship building and stewardship to contribute to the financial planning community and/or the public.

We are certain that you know of someone who is worthy of this honor, so we request that you nominate any individuals who you feel embody the heart of financial planning. This person does not necessarily need to be a financial planner. There are many professors, attorneys, journalists, and other business persons who exemplify the FPA’s Core Values and contribute to the community at large in a meaningful way.

How do you nominate someone? Simply complete the attached nomination form and return it to Holly Wilkerson, by email at info@fpasf.org or by fax at 877-260-3218. Nominations are due by 11/30/14.

The chosen recipient will be honored at the chapter’s holiday reception in December. In addition, as in prior years, the recipient will be submitted for consideration for the FPA’s national award in 2015. Our prior honorees, Kacy Gott, David Yeske, Saundra Davis and Marco Chavarin, received national recognition. Let’s keep the momentum rolling!

Thank you!
