FPA of CA Invitation to Attend our Next Advocacy Day in Sacramento on Tuesday, March 3, 2015

FPA of California is pleased to inform you about our next official visit to Sacramento on Tuesday, March 3rd, and we would like to invite you and your local chapter members to attend.

This will be our second Advocacy Day, building on the success of our inaugural event last August.  At our first Advocacy Day we met with legislators, key staffers and the then Controller (now Treasurer) John Chiang with whom many of our chapters have recently partnered on financial literacy events during the agency’s Manage Your Money Week.  Our upcoming event will enable us to continue to cultivate those relationships and forge new ones with the incoming legislators elected last November.

We  provide training with agenda & format, as well as talking points so that you can educate your state legislators as to who FPA is, the importance of financial planning to their constituents, our community service activities throughout California, and possibly current legislation of concern to our profession.

Please email president@fpaca.org if you plan to attend or would like more information about the event.
