Why Sponsor the San Francisco Chapter?
Our premier location at the exclusive City Club, 155 Sansome Street, is in the heart of downtown San Francisco with dozens of other financial institutions in the surrounding area. The San Francisco chapter is centrally located, attracting planners from all directions including Marin and Sonoma counties, the East Bay and Silicon Valley.
Thirty minutes of dedicated networking time before each meeting and round lunch tables facilitate discussion during the meeting. We also host member events after some meetings that allow for greater interaction. We welcome sponsors to attend these events, as well as the regular chapter meetings at no additional cost.
During the business portion at the beginning of each meeting, each sponsor is recognized individually to build recognition and encourage familiarity. We remind members that sponsors are an integral part of our organization and encourage them to take our sponsors’ calls!
The San Francisco chapter has eleven chapter meetings, - more than any other Northern California chapter. Attendance at all chapter meetings is included in sponsorship, meaning you’re in front of our members more often. We also offer different meeting times throughout the year including mornings, afternoons and evenings, which attracts a variety of members so you don’t see the same people at every meeting.
You can only make so many sales calls. With between 70-100 advisors on average attending our monthly meetings, you can see more advisors at once and meet new prospective clients at the same time! Change the dynamic of your client relationships and show them that you support their professional organization through sponsorship.
The San Francisco FPA membership represents nine different professional designations and countless practice types. By sponsoring the chapter, you increase your marketing reach to a multitude of different advisors and increase your exposure across diverse practice types. We also have relationships with the three major schools for Financial Planning in the Bay area (Golden Gate University, UC Berkeley Extension, SF State) which helps tap potential new entrants into the business and build product awareness and loyalty early.
Arrange to meet with clients who are members of SF FPA or take the opportunity to invite clients who are not members to join you for lunch and enjoy an educational speaker. We consistently draw quality speakers in the industry at our meetings -- use our great speakers to help you get appointments!
It’s always a good idea to keep up to date on what your clients are learning and what issues are affecting them. Our monthly meetings feature discussions with quality speakers and industry leaders that can help you keep up on the hot issues in our industry. |
