PAYMENT FOR MEETINGS: In most incidences, there is a higher meeting charge if payment is received after the specified cutoff date for the advanced pricing discount. In addition, current members of the FPA receive a discount. Preferred payment for a meeting is by credit card via the FPASF.org website. If you need to pay by check, if must be received by FPASF (see Contact Information) by the cutoff date to receive the advanced pricing discount.
If paid at the day of the meeting, the advanced discount does not apply. Make sure that you mail your check in time to meet the cutoff date and receive the lower advanced pricing discount.
Returned checks and payments will be assessed $25.00 for handling.
FPASF does not accept responsibility for any credit charge dispute you may have with credit card vendors including VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD, or PAYPAL. If there is a problem, contact the credit card company.
REFUND POLICY: Your meeting cost is reserved in advance with our vendors and FPASF incurs costs that are non-refundable three business days before the event. Therefore, payment is non-refundable three (3) business days in advance of the meeting date. Please contact our Executive Director if you feel you need to request a refund (see Contact Information).
